Bring your Bathing Suit to enter the Wellness Centre

The 2 hour visit to the Wellness Centre($65-00 for 2 hours) is include:

hydrotherapy massage spa pool with 3 sections massaging the whole body (35° celsius)
homeopathic hot pool (39° celsius)
cold plunge pool
traditional dry sauna
2 infrared saunas set to different temperatures

How to use the facility

The first step before entering the spa facility is undressing and leaving your clothes in the change room locker, or in your accommodation rooms. Arrive showered and with make-up removed, with your Bathing costume and Kimono at the reception.

Hot water showers prepares you for the heat of the spa facility and it keeps the spa facility clean.

Step by step for the best benefits

[1] Hydrotherapy Massage Spa section 1, 2 & 3 massages your whole body in 35° C Water

[2] Pat yourself dry before entering any sauna

[3] Infrared Sauna approximate temperature 40 ° C for 15mins

[4] Infrared Sauna approximate 60 ° C for 15mins

[5] Shower is a must after a sauna. Try to have the water tempered to cool.

[6] Traditional hot Sauna (80-100 ° C) for 10-15mins. Poor water over the stones

for extra heat.

[7] Shower is a must after a sauna. Sit down on the stool and start with cool water first,

turn as cold as possible following the correct application.

[8] Cold plunge pool as long as comfortable if you are strong and healthy.

[9] Pat yourself dry and rest in your Kimono in the relaxation room for 10mins or go

outside to breathe some fresh air to replenish oxygen until your pulse slowed down.

[10] Choose to either;

go back to enjoy the spas

repeat steps 6 to 9

return to the change room. Gently pat your body dry and massage in a hydrating oil while you're still damp

There are 4 treatment rooms:
- wet room with Vichy water our house signiture treatments
- facial room
- massage room for 2
- massage chair and foot spa for an executive pedicure
a double treatment room with its own private courtyard and steam room with a spa and a 2 person shower. The double pedicure station is piled with cushions
the tranquility room with five recliner chairs is overlooking a courtyard with a water feature
the change room is fitted with lockers, providing you with all garments, slippers, towels and hair dryers you need. Observe your body while using this facility and respect and respond to the signals. Duration given is a guideline only.

Aquador's style of massage incorporating Reiki, Reflexology, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Therapy,

ancient therapies professionally performed.

Aquador Retreat uses chlorine free underground water high in minerals that has multiple benefits.

As in the great bathhouse tradition, the retreat is designed to encourage harmony and relaxation.

What could be more relaxing than a visit to one of our spa rooms, with a wide range of body and skin treatments, using all natural products. A wonderful choice of facials, exfoliations, and hydrating body wraps, detoxing mud masque and vichy shower.

Facials

[1hour] $95

Enzyme peel treatment
Using papaya enzymatica as an acid peel. This treatment removes trapped blackheads, whiteheads and milliar. Improving the skins elasticity, tone and texture. Followed by a complexion refiner and moisturizer.

Lymphatic drainage therapy
Working on the Lymph nodes with a massage technique to minimize puffiness, stimulate muscles and reduce fine lines after a deep cleanse and exfoliation. Finished with a moisturizer. Excellent for skins which are prone to breaking out or appear to be sluggish.

Aromatherapy facial
A deep cleansing and exfoliating peel restores the skin and provides you with a healthy radiance. The aromatherapy pressure point massage stimulates the blood circulation and heals the tissue. Relax your mind when you experience the benefits of aromatherapy. Finished with an aromatherapy clay masque and a moisturizing cream.

Deep cleansing clay facial
Your skin will benefit from the extra deep cleansing effect of the customized clay mask that leaves you with the radiant glow of soft and healthy skin.

Hydrating herbal mask
Experience the benefits of blended herbs. To sooth and hydrate with corn silk alfalfa calendula elderflower and green oats, after a deep cleanse and exfoliation. Finished with a day cream to suit your skin.

Foot spa pedicure with massage chair
Your feet are softened and pampered in a foot spa, gently exfoliated and heals filed, cuticles repaired and nails shaped and painted.

Deluxe manicure [1 hour] $85
A hydrating treatment for your hands. Aromatherapy exfoliation is followed by a massage with a hydrating mask leaving your hands soft and beautiful. Nails are tidied, shaped and painted.
